We maintain a small panel of preferred service providers in most of the key offshore jurisdictions.

 

Our panel members typically:

 

• have multi-jurisdiction capability.

​

• are able to clearly demonstrate an ability to administer and manage fully compliant offshore structures and in particular have established processes in place to deal with FATCA, CRS reporting etc.

​

• are prepared to consider holding a full range of assets including bankable, residential and commercial real estate, works of art and majority or significant minority shareholdings in both quoted and unquoted companies.

​

• are prepared to have a flexible charging model and subject to client requirements are able to quote on a time spent or fixed fee basis or a combination of the two.

 

Unless otherwise agreed with our client we do not accept the payment of commissions or fee rebates from panel members.
