This privacy policy is designed to help you understand how we collect and use any personal data which you may provide to us. You should familiarise yourself with this policy before providing personal data to us.
Personal data typically includes your name, address, contact details, family information, financial records etc.
If you are providing us with personal data regarding a family member please ensure that you have their permission to do so and ask them to read and agree to this privacy policy.
The only way we will obtain personal data is if you provide it to us, for example by responding to the enquiry form in our website or by telephoning or meeting with us.
We will use any personal information you provide to us to respond to your enquiry or to prepare a proposal for you regarding our services.
If you choose to actually engage us to provide services the contract we will ask you to sign will include a more detailed and exhaustive statement regarding how we may use your personal data and will supersede this privacy policy.
We will share your personal date with one or more of the consultants we work with and who we ask to respond to your enquiry or prepare a proposal for services for you. The consultants we work with have all agreed to mirror our privacy policy.
All enquiries we receive, including any personal information you provide, will be held by us on file for a period of 6 years before being destroyed. We do this in case you wish to revisit your enquiry at some point in the future and also for the purposes of compiling statistics, analysis etc. regarding the enquiries we receive and which may be helpful to us as we seek to develop and improve our business.
We may also use the personal data you provide for the purposes of direct marketing. For example we may contact you by email or text to advise you of changes or additions to the services which we provide and which we believe may be of interest to you. This may mean that we share your personal data with the service providers who help us manage our direct marketing campaigns.
The personal data you provide may also be held by the service providers we work with who provide us with IT support and services including software, cloud storage, website hosting etc.
Personal data held by our consultants or the direct marketing and IT service providers we work with may be held outside of Hong Kong.
We will not provide your personal data to anybody else without your prior written permission. The only exception to is where we are required to by law or by any government regulation or similar, to which we may be subject.
You may contact us at anytime to ask what personal data we hold on you and if you feel that the data is wrong, ask us to correct it. Where we have previously provided your personal data to one of our consultants or other service providers we will also contact them and ask them to amend their records accordingly. Ordinarily, we provide this service for free but we reserve the right to make a charge if in our sole discretion we think it is reasonable to do so. Where we do make a charge you will need to pay this before we update your personal data.
We will take all reasonable steps to keep the personal data we hold for you up to date and current but this means that you must update us should the personal information you previously provided to us change.

We reserve the right to amend the terms of this Privacy Policy at any time and at our absolute discretion.
